Further education gives hope, but not to people in Slovakia

"Although retraining courses are not suitable for high-qualified IT jobs, they could be for less demanding positions such as testers and IT support. Yet, there are not many labour office workers who follow the current needs of the labour market in the IT sector to steer people to the courses," he added.
